Testing & Results
How does the test work?
Once you order, we ship your Hormone Optimisation Test Kit directly to your door. You’ll collect a small blood sample using our guided instructions, then post it back to our partner lab using the prepaid envelope.
How long until I get my results?
Results are typically available within 2–5 working days after your sample arrives at the lab. You’ll receive a secure link to view your full hormone profile and personalised recommendations.
Who reviews my results?
Every test is validated by ISO-accredited labs, ensuring clinical accuracy before your report is released.
Can I discuss my results with someone?
Yes — once you receive your report, you’ll have the option to schedule a consultation or follow-up message with one of our partnered health professionals for deeper insights.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Ireland usually arrive in 2–4 business days. EU orders may take up to 7 working days depending on postal volume.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@hormonegroup.com to update your address.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently serve Ireland and select EU countries. More regions are being added soon.
Refunds & Purchase Protection
Can I get a refund?
If your kit is unused and unopened, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Used kits or processed samples can’t be refunded due to medical regulations.
Does it cover item damage?
Yes, package insurance covers item damage during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, simply contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll take care of the rest.
